Classroom Contact Information / Tutoring Schedule

Greetings from BIM and Mustang Discovery!  

Tutoring is available on Mondays in Room 307 at the following times:

7:30am - 8:10am

3:35pm - 4:00pm 

Tutoring is also available during Advisory and at other times by appointment only.  Parents and students can make arrangements for tutoring via email or in person at least one day in advance; please make sure your student has made transportation arrangements.

I am available to speak or meet with you during my conference / planning periods daily.  Please note meetings are scheduled by appointment only.  

During class time, I am unavailable to answer the phone, check email and/or voicemail messages as I am engaged in teaching and learning opportunities with your children.

I will check my email before and after school hours only.  Please allow 24 hours for me to return your message.  

If you have transportation changes (how your child will go home), please contact the office at 512.464.8100 and the office will notify me accordingly.  As well, any urgent communications should also be directed to the office.
