Ludy Perez

Hi, my name is Ludy Ortiz-Perez. The students call me Ms. Perez. I was born and raised in New York. I've been living in Texas since January of '85, 33 years. I have two sons, Milton Jr. and Erik Perez, both are happily married. My son Milton and daughter-in-law, Leah, are both middle school teachers with RRISD and the parents to my beautiful granddaughter Amelia. I've worked with children for over 30 years. First, at a preschool level for various daycare settings. I've worked with the special education program in RRISD for 16 years. I've been with the FCC program since it started over 6 years ago. I am looking forward to working with all your kiddos.

Kara Ladd

Hi! My name is Kara Ladd, and this is my second year in the FCC classroom. I was very blessed to join the FCC team last fall after staying home with my kids for more than 11 years and jumped in with both feet! My husband and I are both originally from Arkansas but spent all of our married life in Tennessee, where we moved here from in 2015. We've been married for 14 years and have 3 kids, ages 12, 8 and 6. Between my kids' various after-school activities I don't have much free time, but when possible I enjoy being outside, taking pictures, and playing piano. I'm looking forward to another busy school year with your kiddos!

I graduated from Round Rock High in 1999 and attended Temple College. I live in Round Rock with my 9 year old daughter. She attends Union Hill Elementary. When I am not at school you can find me working sporting events at The Dell Diamond or University of Texas.
