SMSgt (Ret.) "Senior" Thomas Cooper is assigned as the Senior Aerospace Science Instructor (SASI). He is responsible for leading, managing, and mentoring the AFJROTC cadet corps while overseeing curriculum instruction, leadership development, and program operations. SMSgt Cooper brings extensive knowledge, Air Force experience, and personal commitment to developing responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented citizens.
During his Air Force career he deployed three times in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. He served as technical (tech) training instructor for Security Forces, the largest career field in the Air Force. While assigned as tech training instructor, he earned his Master Training Instructor Badge and transitioned to leading new recruits in Basic Military Training (BMT) as a Military Training Instructor (MTI). After completing his tour in BMT, he served as First Sergeant and transitioned to a senior leader role as Military Training Leader where he retired, January 1, 2026.
Senior Cooper earned his Masters degree from Ball State University, Indiana in 2019 and is pursuing a doctorate of education in transformative leadership from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas.

MSgt (Ret) Joshua Wilson is assigned as the Aerospace Science Instructor (ASI). The ASI assists in managing the various aspects of the AFJROTC program to include teaching academic classes and providing overall supervision and leadership education for our students.
During his career he served as a Military Training Instructor, Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chief, and non-commissioned officer in charge, in various units and organizations at the squadron, group, wing and major command level. Sergeant Wilson received his Bachelor’s degree from Minot State University, home of the "Fightin Beavers" and retired from active duty in Oct 2015 after 20 years of service.
