(ACC college credit may be awarded to eligible 9th and 10th graders upon completion of the course with a passing overall class grade of '80', plus the ACC end of the year exam with a passing grade of '70'.)

40 % Major work Assessments- Summative Assessments -Projects/Presentations/Tests
60 % Daily work- Formative Assessments - Daily Assignments/Quizzes/Class Participation
LATE WORK POLICY
Work will be considered late if not turned in on the scheduled due date. Late work will receive a maximum of 90% (when submitted the next class day) or a maximum of 80% (when submitted 2 class days late) or a maximum of 75% if 3 days late. 4 or more days late will result in a failing grade.
Students must complete make up work within 1 class day for each approved absence day.
Class work 10 or more calendar days late will result in a "0".
RETAKE POLICY- Students may retake a quiz or test for a maximum grade of 75 within the grading period.
