Chromebook Troubleshooting:

Restart your Chromebook

Chromebook screen stuck? - Hold down refresh key (looks like a circular arrow) and then push the power button.  

Dropping wifi? - Toggle wifi off, wait 20 seconds, and then back on. You should reconnect.

Chromebook not charging? 

  • Try charging from the other side of your device.

  • The battery life might be too low. Plug the Chromebook into the AC adapter and let it charge for at least an hour and try turning it on again. 

  • If you have let the Chromebook charge and the light is not coming on, perform a hard reset by pressing Refresh + Power 

Microphone doesn't work

  • Checking your microphone

Clear cache - this will solve many problems

  • You can copy and paste chrome://settings/clearBrowsingData into a Chrome tab and click Clear data.
