One in five people will experience a diagnosable mental health disorder during their lifetime, and everyone faces challenges that can impact their mental health. The COVID-19 Pandemic caused an increase amount of chronic stress that has now become commonplace in our lives. It is particularly important to pay attention to our mental health--both in our children and ourselves--during times of acute or prolonged stress.
