You must do corrections to be eligible for a retake. Corrections and retake must be completed no later than a week after grades were put into the gradebook.

Process for completing corrections/retakes

1. If you score below a 70 on an assessment, you will receive an email containing assessment results that will be used to complete corrections.
2. Please send me an email with no less than 24hr notice of when you plan to attend tutorials for corrections. Include your first and last name, class period and what quiz/test you need to improve.
3. Attend tutorials according to the posted tutorial schedule.
4. You will find a corrections/retake for each quiz/test in Google Classroom. You must complete and submit the corrections sheet posted via Google Classroom. An instructor MUST approve your corrections in order to re-test.
5. Once corrections have been approved, you may re-test using the posted Google Form scantron.
6. Send an email that includes attachments of the completed corrections in the Google Doc and a screenshot of the Google Form result so that your grade may be updated. 70 is the highest grade possible for a retake.
