Professional: My first six years in education began in Leander ISD. I began working in the Special Education Department at my school first as an Instructional Assistant then as a Special Education teacher. I then taught Theater Arts for two years, but due to budget cuts I taught Visual Arts my last two years in LISD. When I made the move to RRISD, I began at Berkman Arts Integration Academy as their theater teacher. Once the district opened Voigt as an Arts Integration Academy I became their Arts Integration Coordinator. This is my first year at Cactus Ranch Elementary and I have been blown away by all of the kindness from the staff, students, and families. I look forward to the school year and helping our Longhorns find their voice!
