I am beyond thrilled to be joining the Bulldog Family, as this will be my first year at Hernandez and my 8th year in education!

I received both my Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies and Master's in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University (whoop!).

Mental health is my absolute passion, so I am beyond excited to work alongside students and support them throughout their middle school experience.

In addition to counseling, I love traveling, food and cooking, Orangetheory, and spending time with my family & friends.

I love being part of the Bulldog Family! I've been at Hernandez Middle School for six years and in the educational field for ten years. 

I attended the University of Central Florida for my Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master's in Counselor Education. 

I genuinely enjoy being a part of students' personal, social/emotional, academic, and career development. When I am not working, I spend time with my two kids (19 and 14 years old). I love to travel with my kids, read, and meditate.
