About Me
I’m a proud Austin native and graduate of McNeil High School in Round Rock ISD. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin, I spent eight years teaching 4th grade and another eleven years supporting students as an Interventionist. My lifelong love of books and learning led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Information Science, which I completed in 2024. I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter as a librarian and look forward to serving the amazing students and community at Great Oaks!
My Family
My husband, Nick, and I have one daughter who’s about to start her exciting journey into middle school. As a family, we love to travel, spend time outdoors, and play games together. We also share our home with two playful cats, Tiger and Turbo—brothers who look so much alike, it's hard to tell them apart!
About Me
I majored in elementary education in South Korea and taught elementary school students for over five years before moving to Michigan. Since I was young, I have always wanted to work in a school and support children in their learning journey.
My Family
My husband, Eugene, and I have a son, Ian, who is currently in kindergarten at Great Oaks Elementary.
