I am so excited to be part of your students education journey!

I am a parent, and I also work full time, so I understand feeling overwhelmed. Let's start with the ONE thing that can have the biggest impact - Reading.
How to support your child's reading:
Child reading: reading books, at an appropriate level, allows them to practice their skills and gain confidence.
Reading to your child: this gives students access to books at a higher level than they are currently reading, which means they are also being introduced to higher level vocabulary!
If you need help finding books you can reach out to me or the school librarian.
Look at the chart below to see the impact of reading 1, 5, and 20 minutes at home every day has for a student.
