My name is Jeane Bell and I am so excited to be back at Fern Bluff Elementary for the 2025-2026 school year! I have worked in Round Rock ISD for the past 12 years and this will be my fifth year as a counselor.  I believe a supportive, safe, caring environment where positive relationships can be fostered is the most important factor in student success. My goal is to create those positive relationships through guidance lessons and small groups, and to respond to each individual as needed.
