My name is Jeane Bell and I am so excited to be joining Fern Bluff Elementary for the 2023-2024 school year! I have worked in Round Rock ISD for the past 10 years and this will be my third year as a counselor. This is already such a wonderful community and I cannot wait to get to know and work with all the staff, students, and families that make it so great.  I believe a supportive, safe, caring environment where positive relationships can be fostered is the most important factor in student success. My goal is to create those positive relationships through guidance lessons and small groups, and to respond to each individual as needed.
