Welcome to 7th Grade Science! I am happy to have the privilege of being your science teacher this year as we learn and discover new things together.

A little about me: I was born in Colorado, but grew up and spent most of my life in Richmond, Virginia. I attended James Madison University where I graduated with a degree in Biology. After graduating, I moved to Texas to work as a literacy tutor in Austin ISD with the AmeriCorps program Literacy First. I then earned my teaching certificate and began my career as a middle school science teacher. I've previously taught in Elgin ISD as well as online for Texas Virtual Academy, and now at Pearson Ranch.
