Social justice themes in literature seek to further the view that everyone deserves equal economic, political, and social rights and opportunities. These themes often include access to natural resources, agism, child labour, civil war, somestic violence, education, gender inequality, government oppresion, health issues, human trafficking, immigrant issues, indigenous issues, LGBTQ+ issues, mental health issues, poverty, racism, religious issues, and right to justice.
