**Functional Fitness will be done every Wednesday. These fitness routines are generally very short, but work on multiple muscle groups and different skills every workout. The goal is for students to compete against themselves and also become more fit. The workouts are different each time we do them so they will never get bored! Each student will be required to record their score in a notebook that they will keep in their locker. Students will not be graded on how well they perform the workout or what time they receive, but simply for keeping track of their workouts and times. At the end of the year they will see how much they improved and also have a book full of workouts!**
Please note: The weather is always changing here in Texas hotter at the first of school, cooler in the middle of the year and back hot again toward the end. Please make sure to have adequate clothing according the daily forcast and stay adequately hydrated throughout the day. You are more than welcome to bring a refillable water bottle to class.
