WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN

Hello families! My name is Camryn Mills, and I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you and your child to our kindergarten class for the 2025-2026 school year. Kindergarten is such a special time full of wonder, discovery, and growth, and I am so excited to be a part of this next chapter with you.

In our classroom, your child will be cared for, supported, and celebrated each and every day. My goal is to foster a safe and joyful learning environment where students feel confident to take risks, build meaningful friendships, and develop a lifelong love for learning. Together, we will explore new ideas, embrace challenges, and make lasting memories both inside and outside the classroom.

Get to Know Mrs. Mills

I grew up in Round Rock and loved my time as a student, so naturally I became a teacher in RRISD. I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in education, and this will be my fifth year teaching kindergarten at Cactus Ranch. Being part of our Longhorn family has been a true joy, and I am so proud to call this school my home.

I got married last year to my wonderful husband. Our home is full of love and a little bit of chaos, thanks to our two cats and our two year old German shepherd. They definitely keep us on our toes and always entertained.

Outside of the classroom, I really enjoy spending time outdoors, especially going on walks with my dog. I also like to unwind with a good book when I get the chance. Above all, spending quality time with my family is what I cherish most.

Teaching has been my dream for as long as I can remember, and I feel incredibly lucky to continue growing as an educator alongside your child. I look forward to a fantastic school year full of learning, laughter, and lots of adventures. Thank you for trusting me to be a part of your child’s educational journey.
