What is Physical Education at Old Town?

The Physical Education program at OTE is designed to help grow and advance a student's physical abilities and attributes in basic movement patterns, sports and muscular and cardiovascular fitness. More importantly, we strive to create a lifelong appreciation for fitness that our students truly enjoy. This is done through daily games, activities and basic exercise principles that all students can participate in. We also incorporate social/emotional learning aspects into all lessons and encourage fair, all-inclusive and active participation.
