Anna Laldin grew up in Acworth, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, and earned her bachelor's degree in Music Education from The Florida State University, along with a Special Studies Certificate in Viola Performance. During her time at FSU, Ms. Laldin performed with several orchestras and chamber ensembles and toured with the University Symphony Orchestra to cities across Florida and the Dominican Republic. She has also performed professionally on both viola and violin with orchestras in Panama City and Destin, Florida.
Since relocating to Texas in December 2023, Ms. Laldin has enjoyed performing with her church band and teaching private lessons to violin and viola students of all ages and skill levels.
Ms. Laldin’s passion for music began in sixth grade, when she joined her middle school orchestra and first picked up the viola. From that moment, her love for music has only grown. She is dedicated to sharing the joy and transformative power of music with her students, inspiring them to find their own connection to the art form.
In her free time, Ms. Laldin enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving in her church community, being outdoors, playing pickle ball, and caring for her two cats and one dog.
