You can update your password yourself.
Use a library desktop (or any school laptop).
Log in with your student ID and current password.
Use CTRL+ALT+DEL from the desktop and select "Change a password"
Passwords must have at least 8 characters and include at least 2 of the following: capital letter, number, symbol
Ask an ITS (D1312) librarian, or a teacher if you cannot remember your original password.
* Update Google Chrome (on a laptop) (on a Chromebook)
* Reset Chrome to Default Settings
* Disable Popup Blockers
* Reboot your device
* Must use Google Chrome
* Log into Google Chrome with only your RRISD credentials - do not log into any other accounts.
IF YOU HAVE A PERSONAL LAPTOP AND THESE TIPS DO NOT SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM, YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK OUT A SCHOOL CHROMEBOOK. SEE INFORMATION BELOW!
Don't have a Chromebook? Before school or during lunch - Request a school Chromebook from the library or the ITS office, D1312
Hotspot requests - go to the ITS office, D1312
Broken Chromebook? get a loaner from the library, bring the broken Chromebook to D1312 during your lunch block
