FAQs

Volunteers

Parents, grandparents and guardians may volunteer and find themselves doing a variety of things: checking in and out books, re-shelving books, helping students and teachers find and use resources in the library and searching safely on the Internet databases, helping children select age appropriate books, and most importantly, offering a smile and an encouraging face to all of the patrons of our library.

Best of all, the library is the center of the school, and by volunteering here, you can be involved in our most active area--interacting with all of the staff, students, and parents.

It's a great way to meet people and get first-hand knowledge about how Callison Elementary works. Whether you have 30 minutes to spare or more, come join the team and enjoy helping others.

Email Ms. Trellue for more information.
