Welcome to 3rd grade!
My name is Mrs. Nguyen and I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This will be my second year teaching 3rd grade, and I am honored to begin this journey with such a wonderful group of students and families.
Third grade is such an exciting year full of growth, independence, and discovery. We’ll explore multiplication and division, dive into exciting stories, conduct hands-on science investigations, and become stronger writers and critical thinkers. Most importantly, we’ll build a classroom community where every student feels safe, valued, and ready to learn.
I am committed to bringing fresh energy, creativity, and dedication to our classroom every single day. I believe in working closely with families to support each child’s success. On a more personal note, I have been married to my husband for 25 years. We have two beautiful daughters and CRE alumni, Ellen (23. She graduated from Texas State in May with an Education Degree) and Emma (16. She's a Junior at RRHS). On the weekends, we love going to Farmer's markets, watching Emma play soccer, and cooking together.
I am excited to get to know all my students and to grow alongside with them.
