Mrs. Faust is thrilled to be returning to Hernandez Middle School for her 8th year.  This will be her 13th year teaching theatre and she’s looking forward to seeing all the talents Hernandez continues to offer.  In addition to teaching Theatre, she also serves as the UIL Impromptu Speaking Coordinator and was honored to be chosen by her colleagues for the 2022-2023 school year as Teacher of the Year.

She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Education from Texas State University.  She worked in the professional theatre industry for a few years before beginning her teaching career in San Antonio.

When she is not teaching, she enjoys time with her husband and 2 kiddos. 
She loves board games, power tools and Iced Coffee.
