Chemistry has the potential to be the most dangerous class you take in high school - you will be working with open flames and hazardous chemicals. It is critical that you take your laboratory work very seriously. Your safety and the safety of others depend on your professionalism. As a teacher ensuring the safety of all students, I will have no tolerance for misbehavior in the lab. A student behaving inappropriately or not following safety rules in any way will immediately be removed from lab and given a zero for the lab.
