My name is Amar Picazo.  I was born and raised in Mexico City.  I have a Bachelor's degree in English Literature, a Master's Degree in Spanish Language and Culture from the University of Salamanca, Spain and a Principal Certification from Lamar University in Houston, Texas.   

My family and I moved to Round Rock, Texas 13 years ago and we are proud to be part of this great community. I have two children who still keep my husband and I very busy.

My mission is not only to create in each student a passion to learn Spanish, but also to enjoy the rewarding feeling of communicating in another language.
