Intervention Team

Hello Cheetahs! This is my 28th year as a teacher. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades as well as interventions and dyslexia. I have been at Chandler Oaks since it opened and I plan to end my career here. While my primary position is a provider of dyslexia instruction, I will also be doing some math interventions. I love math and  hope to help students learn to love it too.

Howdy, dear Cheetahs! I am excited to start my fourth year at Chandler Oaks. I have 18 years of educational experience as a certified bilingual educator and dyslexia therapist in Texas. At COE, I have worked as a part-time provider of dyslexia instruction, but this school cycle, I will also provide interventions in reading and math. My philosophy is that any child can learn with proper intervention and care.

I am looking forward to working with our Cheetahs this year! This school year marks my 19th year in education and my third year as a Chandler Oaks Cheetah.  I have been an Intervention teacher for 11 years and love working with a wide range of students to help them achieve their full potential.

Welcome Cheetahs! I’m so happy you are here!

This is my FIRST year at Chandler Oaks but all 3 of my children attended COE so I’ve been part of the Chandler Oaks family for a LONG time. This is my 4th year teaching and I’m incredibly happy to be working at such an amazing school. I have taught Prek- 5th grade students and I’m genuinely delighted by students of every age.  I love building relationships with my students and watching them grow.
