Clear Cookies and Cache
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the Chrome URL bar
Click 'More Tools', then 'Clear Browsing Data'
Select From 'All Time' (make sure you don't skip this step!)
Check both boxes: 'Cookies and Other Site Data', 'Cached images and files'
Click 'Clear Data'
Wait while the system clears. The pop up box will close once it is finished.
Reload the website you are trying to go to.

Click 'Help' at the bottom of the list
Click 'About Google Chrome'
Click to run updates if available
Remove All Profiles from the Device
Remove All Profiles from the Device
Having multiple profiles saved on a device or a lot of files downloaded can slow down a chromebook. Removing a profile will delete ALL screenshots and downloads saved on that device.
To Remove Profiles
Click on the drop down arrow next to the profile/name
Click 'Remove Account'
Click 'Remove Account' again
