ASB Student Council are the Officers and Class Representatives who are elected by their peers to represent and share the ideas, interests, and concerns of all students at Ross School. Officers and Representatives have the opportunity to promote, organize and execute activities that encourage student pride, inclusion, belonging and school spirit. ASB Officers and Reps are also involved in all issues related to school reform, working closely with the superintendent and middle school principal to promote both school and district goals.

ASB is an opportunity for students interested in developing the qualities and behaviors of a good leader. ASB members share the goal of creating positive school culture, making our school a place where everyone feels welcome, appreciated, and inspired. Students in ASB plan, organize, and participate in such activities as announcements, spirt days & spirit weeks, homeroom competitions, rallies, community awareness projects, cultural events, and staff recognition throughout the year.
Students who participate in ASB do so because they recognize that there is more to being successful in school than simply doing homework. Having a positive atmosphere during the school day where students feel wanted and accepted is critical to their success. To that end, the ASB officers & Class Representatives and members of the ASB Leadership class focus on providing engaging activities that ensure a well-rounded middle school experience.
