What is a Pathway?

Pathways help students prepare for their futures by exploring potential career paths and earning college credit and/or industry certification while still in high school. Students will learn specific skills or knowledge and career opportunities in an industry of their interest. Abraham Clark High Schools offers Pathways in Health Occupations, Visual & Performing Arts, Computer Science, Culinary Arts and more. In a pathway, you will also join a cohort of students with whom you share the same goals and interests for your future. Through the pathways, you will explore your career choice through structured learning or shadowing of a person or persons who is already in the field.
