What is Culinary arts?

Culinary arts is a career path that includes working in the food service and hospitality industry. Working in a the food service is a fast paced, team oriented profession.

Executive chef, sous chef, supervisor, Manager, line cook, service manager, server, steward, and busser are all jobs that can be a part of a career in food service.

If you like food, people, and being creative then it can be a very rewarding career that you can do anywhere in the world! Every day is may have similarities but no two days are the same. Just when you think you have it figured out, then there is something new to learn or perfect. Cooking is a life long journey.
