Care Navigation
Care Navigation connects users to local services beyond the app, such as shelters, food banks, financial aid, and therapists. Users are paired with a dedicated Care Coordinator who takes the time to understand their unique needs, connects them to appropriate resources, and follows up to ensure those resources provide effective support. Learn more here.
1-1 Coaching
Soluna offers confidential, judgment-free 1:1 sessions with professional coaches, with no insurance or session limits. Users can schedule appointments or drop in, choosing text, audio, or video format to suit their individual needs. Connecting with them is as simple as choosing the “Chat” window within the app.
