ABOUT ME

Growing up in Ridgewood, New Jersey becoming a teacher was the furthest thing from my mind. I decided to pursue teaching as profession while I was working towards my undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. It was at Rutgers where I received my masters degree in Early Childhood Education. My certifications include Elementary Education (K-5); Middle School Social Studies (K-8); Middle School Language Arts (K-8); and Special Education (K-12).

This will be my 15th year teaching and my 10th at Noecker School. My favorite part about teaching history is relating the past to our present day life. I take great pride in diversifying the curriculum to include activities that challenge and engage all learners.
