Congratulations to the following track athletes who performed well at the State track meet last Friday and Saturday:

Tyler Sconce placed 2nd in the shot put and discus

Carson Ellis placed 7th in the shot put

Dalton Rasmussen placed 3rd in the javelin

Jordan Smith placed 9th in the high jump

The boys 4x400 team of Robert Gosman, Brendan Ibarra, Eli Hansen & Merhawi “Stephen” Lake placed 10th.

Overall the boys earned 8th in the state and the only team from the SW Conference to place in the top 10. Nicely done boys!!

Congratulations also to our baseball and softball teams who were both victorious last night and are now moving on to the 2nd round of playoffs! Both teams will play away tomorrow, Wednesday, May 23rd. Baseball will be playing Central Catholic and the girls will be playing Clackamas beginning at 4:30. Good luck to you both!

ATTENTION SENIORS – PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING REMINDERS & EVENTS:

  • Sign up for the 2018 Grad Night Lip Sync Contest in the main office today through the last senior day! Only the first 15 acts to sign up will compete for cash prizes! 1st place wins $300!

  • Grad Night tickets are now available in the office. Tickets are $30 if purchased in advance.

  • Would you like to read something or speak at Baccalaureate? Come to the meeting on Thursdays after school in M-109 or see Mrs. Weiss. Anyone who would like to help plan the contemporary worship service for seniors can also come to the meetings.

All those interested in Boys Soccer please attend the informational meeting TODAY @ 5:00pm in room M-101!

All students interested in playing football … there will be a meeting after school TODAY at 2:50pm in the weight room!

Attention all track athletes!! This Wednesday, May 23rd is the end of the season track awards banquet. It will be held in the Student Center at 6pm. Please plan on attending to enjoy an ice cream social to wrap up our successful season. For those athletes who have not turned in uniforms, bring those to the banquet. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Bartlett in room M-102. See you there!

All students are welcome to join the last Key Club meeting of the year on FRIDAY, MAY 25th right after school in H 207. Come and learn how you can help your school and community!
