BAKE SALE POSTER

Using CANVA or GOOGLE SLIDES, create a poster to display near the hall for our Seniors Bake Sale tomorrow. You must include all the information below:

When? Thursday 18th June 2026

Where? School Hall

Time? Morning tea (10:30am-11am)

One poster will be chosen to be printed and displayed at the hall - so give it your best! When you have finished share your poster with Mrs Virani. We will also have a spin the wheel draw at our next syndicate assembly for everyone who created one.

🇼🇸 Tech Wednesday Challenge – Samoan Language Week 🇼🇸

Challenge: Create an eye-catching poster in Canva that celebrates Samoa and Samoan Language Week!

Your Task

Using Canva, design a poster that includes:

✅ A title related to Samoa or Samoan Language Week
✅ At least 5 interesting facts about Samoa
✅ Pictures, symbols, or patterns that represent Samoan culture
✅ Bright colours and a neat layout
✅ Your name somewhere on the poster

Some ideas for your facts:

The capital city of Samoa
Traditional Samoan food
The Samoan flag
Traditional Samoan dance (Siva Samoa)
The Samoan language
Famous places in Samoa
Samoan cultural values
Traditional clothing

Success Criteria

⭐ My poster includes 5 accurate facts about Samoa.
⭐ My poster is colourful and visually appealing.
⭐ My information is easy to read.
⭐ I have used Canva tools creatively.
⭐ I have checked my spelling and punctuation.

Bonus Challenge: Include at least 3 Samoan words and their English meanings on your poster.
