Research Engagement
The Roots Research, Evaluation, and Training department assists in the recruitment and training of both research and support staff. The team ensures a research and evaluation component in all organizational undertakings, including those in the workforce and clinical. Additionally, the team collaborates with outside agencies and organizations to conduct research and synthesize data addressing the social determinants of health and other important issues impacting those in the communities Roots serves.
