About me:
As a lived experience therapist I am passionate about working with individuals with chronic illness and pain. It is an honor to witness people's healing journeys and offer a safe space as they learn to connect with their own innate wisdom. I keep a small caseload to ensure that everyone I work with gets the space and attention they need. In the past I have had the privilege of working in areas including Hospice, addiction treatment, advocacy, and community mental health.
I have lived in Bend since 2018 and am originally from the mid-west. Outside of work I try to spend as much time as I can in nature. I am a big believer in the healing properties of nature and offer walking and outdoor sessions if desired.
I have extensive experience working with addiction/MAT and although I do not provide addiction treatment, I enjoy working with people in recovery (whatever your definition of it is)!
I love working with neurodivergent individuals and tailor therapy to suit individual needs.
