All volunteers must agree to maintain the healthy boundaries and child safety policy outlined here along with any guidelines for your specific congregation and facility.
You may download and edit this presentation to fit your own volunteer orientation to help walk through necessary parts of the handbook and train your volunteers. Feel free to make it your own by removing coordinator-specific information and adding additional slides unique for your program. There are additional photos, videos, and printable resources below.
RITI Staff and Guests enter this covenant together during each guest registration. This helps guests know what is expected of them and what they can expect in return from all RITI Staff and volunteers. Any breech of this covenant by a guest or volunteer should be included in your Nightly Summary report. RITI Staff have a reconciliation process for guests and count on you to hold your volunteers to equal standards. We are always here for support.
