As a licensed real estate agent, Emma has helped clients to buy and sell hundreds of properties. She was the founding agent for Ronival in Los Barriles starting and staffing the office to become the number one agency on the East Cape in under 3 years. 

When selling Emma deploys over 20 techniques to help reach as many potential buyers as possible. She was board Director at Edelman London, the world's largest independent PR/marketing firm. She is member of REALM, the invitation-only network of luxury agents across North America, as well as being a member of the MLS in Baja California Sur.

Over the past two years, Emma has received the top producer award across one hundred agents within Ronival. Her specialty is the northern part of the East Cape from Boca del Alamo to Lighthouse Point Estates.
