We are the Labor Union that represents first-line supervisors in the Health and Human Services Division in Scott County, Minnesota. We bargain the labor contract that covers your wages, benefits and working conditions.
We support reasonable wages, safe working conditions, and your co-workers.
We make sure that you have representation for disciplinary issues and ensure that the County complies with the labor agreement. We are your resource when you have questions.
Our Association is an independent stand-alone labor union, all of our dues go directly to run the Association and represent you.
