There will be two rounds:

First Round: Submission of PPT on or before 9th July 2021.

Second Round: Presentation of the final Product.

For First RounD

1. Select any one or two category from the events.

2. Choose one theme among the themes mentioned under your grade/ program given under each category.

3. From the tools given, select any one tool to design you model/prototype/ product . You can use any other tool as well.

4. You can learn how to work with the tool/software from the given resources in the respective event's page. You can also learn from other resources.

5. Using the tool/software, design your product as per the guidelines in the respective category.

6. Create a PPT for the product created as per the sample presentation format given below.

7. Submission link for this presentation will be open on this website from 9th June 2021 to 9th July 2021. You can submit your presentation in the form of pdf using that link.

For Second Round

If your presentation gets short listed in the first round by the judges, you will have to present the final presentation and final product/model/prototype to the honourable judges.

The best projects in each category will be show cased by the participants on the day of Grand Finale to the parents ,students and teachers.

Note: All interested participants who wish to display their work on Social Media can send us a video/ screenshot of their work while working(behind the scenes) and of final product also.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: Detailed description of solution you proposed for the problem that you identified.

TOOLS USED: Example- Canva, App Inventor etc.

A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED SOLUTION: What impact your design will have to your school and/or community? Where will it be used?

GLIMPSE OF THE DESIGN: This may vary based on the category as given below:

1. • Product design - Snapshot or photo of the product design

   • Graphics design - jpeg or png of the design. if you have created gif animation, upload each frame of the animation.

   • Game Design - 30 seconds game play video link of the game created

   • APP design - flowchart (functioning of app) and snapshot of all the screens of the app

   • Movie Making - storyboard of the movie and link of the trailer of the movie

   • IoT- link of Video of the project

   • AR/VR- flowchart (functioning of app) and snapshot of all the screens of the app

   • AI/ML: Video link of the model

Note:

Save the presentation as pdf and attach with the Submission form.

All the video link should be playable in the pdf file that you are submitting.

If your project has any content copied from internet directly, it will be rejected

If your file is not as per the sample presentation above, your project will not be shortlisted for second round.
