Jessica Thomas

 I feel like real estate is a customer service job and client advocacy is the most important part of that role, and that includes agents at Realty ONE Group Esteem as my clients to serve. I have trained and mentored new agents and worked as an instructor to agents at local, state, and national levels. I pride myself on classes that are equally informative and entertaining with a laugh or two to be had.

I joined Realty ONE Group in 2021 and joining the unBrokerage has been a game changer! Their model of being unTraditional and the 6Cs as pillars of who we are, closely matched my own beliefs and it's felt like "home" since day ONE. The opportunity to help launch a new ROG franchise has been an amazing experience in my career.

I am well versed in all things technology and I enjoy learning all the new tools of the trade in our industry, however, my favorite tech tends to be pen, paper & just picking up the phone... sometimes old school is best. 

I believe wholeheartedly in service to others. I faithfully serve in several areas to our local Board of Realtors, including an appointment to the Board of Directors for our local MLS. Additionally, I believe in extending that service to benefit the homeless communities of Kansas City, and you'll find me volunteering time and efforts to area shelters that serve homeless people and pets. (Yes, I'll try to play with all the dogs.)

When I'm not engaged in "realestating," I'm usually catching a movie with my son, hanging with my big dog, Jonah, talking to my mom or perusing Amazon.
