If you believe that any additional evidence should be considered in the process of awarding grades, please complete the Incomplete Evidence Form, providing the detail of the evidence that you believe were omitted.
If you believe that there is special consideration or mitigating circumstances that need to be considered when awarding grades in Summer 2021, please complete the Special Consideration Form
The deadline for submitting these forms are Tuesday 8 June 2021
Please ensure that you read the JCQ Guidance for Special Consideration as that is the only criteria that can be applied. Clearly state which element(s) the school need to consider
