At A-Level, students refine their technical expertise and explore photography as an expressive medium. They will experiment with different genres, develop personal projects, and engage in critical research. The course encourages independent thinking and prepares students for further education or careers in the creative industries.
Our photography courses provide an excellent foundation for students interested in the arts, media, and design fields. With access to professional equipment and expert guidance, students will leave with a strong portfolio and a deeper understanding of photography’s role in visual communication.
Two Coursework Projects (worth 60% of your final grade) and One Exam Project (worth 40% of your final grade). All work is presented via online digital portfolios. Students also need to complete 3000 word essay on the alongside their chosen photography topic.
