FitOn: FitOn has a variety of free workout videos including yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates. You are able to filter these using different factors such as time and type. It doesn’t offer an equal number of types; a quick search for “yoga” pulled up over 20 videos while “aerobics” only gave one result. However, the offerings for a free service are impressive, and if you’re not finding exactly what you’re looking for, you may find something comparable. You can even search by trailer and bookmark and download your favorite videos. Other sections on nutrition and meals makes this app a must-try. Downloads are only available with a paid subscription though so make sure you have Internet access.
Nike Training Club: Nike may not have as many categories as FitOn (there are five: HIIT, Strength, Pilates, Yoga, and Mindset), but the app has over 600 workout videos that can be filtered by duration, level, and intensity. It also offers programs in areas like pregnancy and post-partum. Though it offers, less, it’s still substantial and worth checking out.

Here is a review by one of our users:
REVIEW
Learning another language is not easy for some of us but is great brain exercise and can actually become particularly useful and fun.
I’ve been studying a foreign language on and off for the last several years. In addition to weekly in-person classes and working on it in Great Courses (also available through RML and Libby), I started using Transparent Language.
What a wonderful experience it has been! Through RML, there is no cost involved and no time limit to use this program. This at-your-own-pace system teaches and reviews usable words and phrases in multiple ways, enabling the learner to pick up the language by whatever means is most successful for him/her. For example, it presents both written and audio word recognition with as much repetition as the learner needs/wants and keeps track of the words that (s)he has mastered and those that might need further review.
Notable benefits to using this program are that it is available whenever and wherever I am (on my computer and the mobile app), no one gets frustrated or judgmental by my lack of retention and need to review the same words over and over again, and there's no pressure to complete a lesson in a given time for fear that it will disappear.
Transparent Language offers many different languages. It is simple to access and tailored to each user, so there’s nothing to lose. Why not try it, it just might expand your world.
