The Spartan Pathway Program is designed to guide students toward college and career opportunities by integrating academic education with career-technical training and real-world experiences. By selecting a specific pathway, students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful transition to post-secondary education or a chosen career after high school.

ROCORI students utilize the MCIS platform to explore interests and future career fields.  Students complete Career Cluster Inventory and Interest Profiler annually to keep current on potential pathways they may choose to pursue. 

Starting in 8th grade, students will take advantage of creating a four year plan to help map out thier high school career.  This plan, created in 8th grade Spartan Time, will create a roadmap of thier high school classes.   Students will review this plan each year in high school homeroom and adjust it accordingly.
