Mrs. Pollack is a Reading Specialist who provides specialized individual and small group instruction for students K-5 identified as needing additional academic support.
Suzanne Pollack-Fox has been a teacher in Rockaway Township for over 30 years. Her experience includes teaching at every grade level from first thru fifth grade- mostly as a Resource Center teacher. In this capacity, Mrs. Pollack has instructed small groups of students who needed specialized instruction in Language Arts as well as in Math. Mrs. Pollack has also worked with general education classroom teachers to team teach in Science and Social Studies, modifying work as needed for identified individual students.
Mrs. Pollack holds a master's degree from New York University. She is certified in many areas including General Education, Special Education, and as a Reading Specialist. Throughout her career, Mrs. Pollack has continued to be a lifelong learner- taking courses and workshops to better serve the needs of her students who make her smile every day.
