TEACHING PHILOSOPHY: I strive to create an engaging and nurturing environment in the classroom to help each student achieve his or her full potential. I hope to bring a positive attitude and high expectations to help foster a lifelong love of learning in my students. I am looking forward to an inspiring and productive school year.
BACKGROUND: This is my eighteenth year teaching full-time at Copeland Middle School, but I have been working in the Rockaway Township school district for the past twenty-three years. I earned my B.A. in English from Montclair State University and my Teacher of Students with Disabilities Certificate from Centenary University.
