Showcase Night 2022

Monday, February 7th - 6pm-7:30pm

• Due to local requirements about indoor events, there will be no large welcome in the gym this year. A welcome video will be sent out to all families prior to Showcase Night and will be posted here as well.

• Masks are REQUIRED when indoors regardless of vaccination status.

• In order to limit the amount of visitors in one location at a time, we are dividing families by last names to visit the Zones throughout the night. Please adhere to the schedule so that we spread out the visitors across campus.

  • Last Name: A-G (Begin in Zone #1)

  • Last Name: H-O (Begin in Zone #2)

  • Last Name: P-Z (Begin in Zone #3)

• WHS Campus will be divided into 3 Zones. Please reference the school map for Zone locations and what is available to preview during the night. Showcase Night School Map

• Doors will open promptly at 6pm for all the Zones. We will spending 30 minutes visiting each Zone before families are asked to rotate.

• Every 30 minutes we will be announcing for visitors to rotate to their next Zone. EX: If you are assigned Zone #2 as your starting point, please rotate to Zone #3 and finally Zone #1.

  • Zone #1 - Small Gym, Large Gym

  • Zone #2 - B building and C building

  • Zone #3 - All other buildings as indicated on map
