I am originally from Brentwood, CA (Norcal) and moved to Southern California to complete my education. I received my Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from CSU San Bernardino, my teaching credential from the University of Redlands, and my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, also from the U of R. I currently reside in Penn Valley, CA, a small town one hour away tucked in a lake community with my son, Christian, and our two brother kittens, Figaro and Binx. Christian starts Kindergarten this year in the Koala class!

This year begins my 16th year teaching in grades 2-4. Twin Oaks has been my home for the past four years. When I am not teaching, you'll find me enjoying time with family, reading, doing puzzles, participating in outdoor activities, and traveling.
