Summer Testing 2026

Summer SOL Testing:  July 13 - 16 at BHS 

Summer SOL Testing is July 13 - 16 at BHS.  Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from BHS.  Students are to arrive between 8:15 - 8:20AM with their fully charged Chromebooks.  Enter through the main entrance and report to the Library.  Testing will begin at 8:30AM.

Summer testing is for Summer School students, new/transfer students who are pre-registered in PowerSchool, and retesters who have passed the course but not the SOL (and still need it for diploma requirements).  If a student did not pass the class, they will not take the SOL test again until they retake the class. 

Testing Days:

July 13 - 15:  Main days of SOL testing

July 15 - 16:  Exp Retakes or those who have more than 2 SOL tests.

Registration is required. Students must register by Tuesday, July 7th, for testing by calling the BHS counseling office at 540-896-7081 or by emailing Heather Mills (hmills@rockingham.k12.va.us).  If a student is unable to test July 13 - 15, their next opportunity to test will be December 2026.

W!SE Testing: July 22 at 10 AM 

Students: Please bring your fully charged Chromebook on test day.  You may use this website to help you prepare.   

How to check your SOL scores from last year?  Please sign in to PowerSchool on your Chromebook/computer to check your Test scores and see which SOLs you may need to retake or still need.
