Math

In Math, students will be moving into our last few units of the school year. Students will work with telling time and money. Students will review the parts of a clock and will learn to tell time to the nearest 5 minutes. Students will also work with coins to practice counting a collection of coins totaling up to $2. These are two really fun last units of the year, both with lots of hands-on practice, that students always seem to enjoy.

Science & Social Studies

Students are working in our last few units of the year. In Social Studies, students are learning about numerous Famous Americans and the important contributions that they have made to our country. Students are also learning about some special holidays in the United States. In Science, students will work in our Plant Unit as they review the parts of a plant, needs of a plant, and why plants are important.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Now that students are back in the building four days a week, they will have most of the specials classes each week. They will have Guidance class every other week.
